Lo-tel's Angel
Lo-tel's infectious new single "Angel" was strangely inspired by a Shaggy video. The track, which is available in stores from August 18, is the first cut off the band's forthcoming second album "The Lost Thing".
Alternative rockers Lo-tel will release the first single off their forthcoming album, "The Lost Thing" this month. Written by vocalist Luke Hanigan, "Angel" has already taken Australian radio by storm and looks set to follow in the footsteps of their 2000 debut smash, "Teenager Of the Year".

"I wrote that after seeing a Shaggy video where he does an incredibly lame rap over 'Angel In The Morning', explains Hanigan. "I get offended when people use the word angel in songs in a way to convince 20-something women to buy their records. The damned insincerity!"

Lo-tel's "The Lost Thing" will be available in stores from August 11. The single "Angel" will follow a week later on August 18. Stay tuned for news on where you can see Lo-tel playing live soon.
