Yes, yes, yes, it's true! Jamiroquai are coming to Australia! Jay Kay and his funktastic band left us gasping in the wake of their massive sell-out shows across the nation in November 2002. This summer they'll be doing even more damage as they explode onto the open air stages of Melbourne's Myer Music Bowl, Sydney's Centennial Park, Brisbane's Riverstage, Adelaide's Memorial Drive and Perth's Supreme Court Gardens, with some very special guests yet to be announced. Jamiroquai will also be playing Canberra and Newcastle.
Jamiroquai have been on the rollercoaster of musical highs since their debut over 13 years ago in the thick haze of the Acid Jazz movement. They returned to the fold earlier this year with 'Dynamite', their 6th studio album, and are ready to bring it to Australia, live and direct! With current single 'Seven Days' cruising along on radio across the country, and first single 'Feels Just Like It Should' a dirty, funked up smash hit, these dates are gonna be huge!
Summer '05 starts here with seven days in sunny December as Jamiroquai big it up live! Be alert, alarmed and at ground zero when the Dynamite Tour comes to town... There will be an exclusive VISA Entertainment pre-sale from Monday, September 5, with tickets on sale September 16.
