Delta Goodrem Single Pre-Order Terms & Conditions

SMS DELTA + your name and address to 193123 to get your copy of Delta Goodrems new single 'I Can't Break It To My Heart' with Limited Edition artwork.

1. Single can only be posted/delivered within Australia; single postage/ delivery is NOT available to any other country, other than Australia.

2. Cost of single is $5.55 (inc GST). This will be billed on your mobile phone account. Please obtain permission from bill payer before placing this order. Offer available to customers using Australian telecommunication carriers only.

3. The purchase price also includes postage.

4. You must ensure that all care is taken when SMS'ing your order. It is your responsibility to ensure that you SMS the correct number and your correct details. SONY BMG will not be liable for costs incurred, responses received or any other consequences of your error.

5. Any SMS entries submitted outside the closing date will not be included as part of the promotion but may still be charged at the rates in clause 2.

6. Orders must be received between 9.00am on Saturday 19 July 2008 and 12.00 midnight on Friday 15 August 2008. Limited Edition Delta CD Single will be sent to your postal address during the week starting 18 August 2008.

7. SONY BMG accepts no responsibility for lost or damaged post. If you are experiencing considerable delays or your Delta CD Single arrives damaged or faulty, please contact the IDS support desk on the details below.
